We are a small real estate group with a parent company and three subsidiaries. The business is run long-term with close collaboration, a family-like work environment, and clear responsibilities.

We are now looking for a property manager who wants to work long-term and take overall responsibility for all our properties.

With us, the role is broad; you will follow the properties over time and ensure that everything works in practice, both administratively and in the field.

You will work with:

The properties in everyday life

• Receive maintenance requests and ensure they are addressed
• Order and follow up with contractors
• Plan maintenance and tenant adaptations
• Ensure inspections and compliance with regulations

Tenants and contracts

• Write and update lease agreements
• Show premises and maintain contact with tenants
• Handle terminations and changes

Rents and finance

• Invoice rents and additional charges and adjust according to agreements
• Follow up on late payments and send reminders/claims
• Review/approve supplier invoices
• Manage investment projects (component accounting) so that costs are recorded correctly and can be depreciated properly

Property systems: (You are responsible for ensuring that all information is updated and reliable):

• objects and areas
• rents, indices, and additions
• contracts and documents
• drawings, meters, and keys

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in property management
• Is structured and meticulous
• Enjoys overall responsibility
• Is confident in contracts, finance, and rental law
• Has experience with property systems, preferably Fortnox, Hogia
• Works independently and takes initiative
• Interacts with tenants and contractors in a trustworthy manner
• Wants to work long-term
