To meet future demands and be a strong resource in the transition to close care, we are now looking for new engaged employees for home healthcare in Burlöv municipality. With us, person-centered care, collaboration, and quality are in focus.

You will be part of an interdisciplinary team where you together are responsible for providing health and medical care within the municipality's area of responsibility. The work involves close collaboration with various professional categories as well as responsibility for guidance and delegation to nursing staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse.

You are solution-focused, engaged, and have good collaboration skills. You work independently and can make your own decisions, while also seeing yourself as part of the team. You express yourself well in speech and writing, can prioritize in your work, and contribute to a good working environment.

The work is based on a patient-centered perspective where the individual's participation is in focus. Experience from municipal home healthcare is an advantage.

Selection is ongoing, which means that interviews may be conducted before the application period has ended.
