Kramfors School is centrally located in Kramfors, close to bus and train stations. The school is an institution for grades 4–6 with approximately 300 students, including adapted primary school grades 1-9 and after-school care.

In our work with students, we have a salutogenic approach where the emphasis is placed on health-promoting factors and a relational approach. All staff collaborate to create a good learning environment throughout the day, as we see that movement and breaks are an important part for all students to develop academically, feel safe, and have study peace.
If the necessary decisions are made, we are looking for teachers for primary and adapted primary school as well as after-school care. Placement, grades/classes, subjects/subject areas you teach may vary throughout the year and from year to year.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a teacher, you create a safe, clear, and structured learning environment where students are given the opportunity to succeed.
You plan and implement teaching based on each student's individual conditions and work closely with colleagues in the work team.
An important part of the assignment is to build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians to create a shared understanding and continuity regarding the student's development. You collaborate with work teams and student health and contribute to the school's development work within accessible and inclusive learning environments.
The work requires flexibility, engagement, and a relational and salutogenic approach. You need to be prepared to adapt and change working methods based on students' daily conditions and needs, with safety and engagement as guiding stars.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
- Teaching certification for the positions you are applying for
- Good knowledge of the curriculum, adaptations, and special support according to the Education Act and governing documents.
- The ability to document, follow up, and evaluate students' development.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Documented knowledge of neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF) such as ADHD and autism
- Knowledge and experience of low-arousal responses and a relational and salutogenic approach
- Experience of clarifying pedagogy, visual support, visual schedules, and alternative communication methods
- Experience of cross-professional collaboration with student health, habilitation, or child and adolescent psychiatry and social services
- Experience of working closely and building trusting relationships with guardians
- The ability to be flexible and solution-focused in a daily life that can vary based on students' daily conditions and needs.
- Good knowledge of systems such as IST, It’s Learning, Teams, and Comvius
