The role of property technician with us

Focusing on customer interaction and collaboration with the community, you will play a central role in creating and maintaining facilities where everyone feels welcome.

You will be responsible for supervision, operation, and property maintenance at Kungsbacka Sportcenter. On a daily basis, this includes:

• Operation of Kungsbacka's swimming pool and Fjäråsbadet.
• Operation of Kungsbacka Ice Rink and Kungsbacka Sports Hall.
• Property maintenance and operational service.
• Management of the properties' operational systems.
• Forklift driving to facilitate handling of materials and equipment.
• Driving the ice machine to ensure the quality and maintenance of the ice.
• Water processing to maintain water quality in our swimming pools.

In this role, you will also have an individual area of responsibility.

You will collaborate with internal colleagues, external customers, and tenants. With a responsive and attentive approach, you understand both the needs and conditions of the residents in the operation.

We expect you to be flexible and helpful, and that you can adapt your tasks as needed to support the team.

Your profile

You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant experience in technical maintenance and property management.
• Has a B driver's license.
• Has basic IT understanding through education or experience.

It is advantageous if you:

• Have knowledge of control and regulation technology through education or work experience.
• Have relevant experience from similar assignments.

As part of our newly built Sportcenter, we are responsible for the operation and maintenance of ice rinks, indoor swimming pools, and sports halls with about one million visitors per year. We also assist in the evenings and weekends for associations/private individuals who need assistance in the municipality's sports facilities.

Hold on tight – and fasten your seatbelt, because by 2028 we will likely be responsible for Kungsbacka Arena to, together with our Event Center, offer opportunities for larger events.

We offer two permanent full-time positions with start dates according to agreement. In addition to regular working hours, you will work shifts in the evenings and weekends, according to a schedule.

If you lack training in forklift driving, ice machine operation, or water processing, we will provide the necessary training to ensure you have the required skills.
