Sodajo Consulting is looking for a handy and self-driven part-time property manager for Toraberget Shooting Range in Varberg. Job Information

In the role of property manager, your work will be characterized by both flexibility and structure. As a property manager at Toraberget Shooting Range, you will support the owners in construction, maintenance, and development tasks related to the facility.

The position is approximately 8 hours per week, with the possibility of extension over time.

Start date is according to agreement.

We are looking for someone who is a proactive doer with an unpretentious attitude, high engagement, and a willingness to contribute where needed! The position is part of our staffing services, which means you will be employed by Sodajo Consulting and work as a consultant at Toraberget.

About Toraberget

Your future workplace is Toraberget AB, a unique sport shooting facility embedded in Trönningeberget in Varberg. The former civil defense bunker TORA, built in the 1960s, has been transformed through extensive renovation into a state-of-the-art shooting range for dynamic and national shooting.

Toraberget is run by two dedicated co-owners with a clear vision: to develop a modern facility that combines sport shooting, education, and experience. There is also activity for authorities, security companies, and other armed personnel, and in this role, you will become an important part of the continued development of the property.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a student or has another main occupation in a relevant field such as property management, construction, and/or contracting
• Is handy, unpretentious, and has a proactive attitude and enjoys taking initiative
• Is structured, meticulous, and enjoys practical tasks, and communicates well with colleagues
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
