With us, you will have a practical and technical role where you combine project planning and business support with fieldwork. You will primarily work with battery solutions for B2B customers such as agriculture, industry, companies, and housing associations.

You will be an important link between sales, project planning, and installation – ensuring that the solutions work in reality, not just on paper.

About the role

The role is divided into two parts:

Office (initial focus)

Pre-project planning, quotes, and technical business support

Field (develops gradually)

Installation, commissioning, and technical work

Initially, the focus will be on the office part. Over time, the role will become more practical and you will also participate on-site at the facilities.

You will work alongside a strong and knowledgeable team, where there is high technical competence in energy systems, battery storage, and comprehensive solutions. You will not be alone – you will be part of a team where knowledge is shared and developed together.

Responsibilities

Pre- and post-project planning

• Assess technical prerequisites for business
• Prepare technical documentation for quotes
• Ensure that battery and energy solutions are correctly designed for installation

Quotes & technical business support

• Compile quotes
• Pre-project battery storage (BESS) and energy systems
• Work in CRM systems
• Follow up on business in close collaboration with sales and installation

Installation and technical work (in the long term)

• Participate in the installation and commissioning of:
• Battery storage
• Energy systems for B2B customers
• Troubleshooting and technical support

Who we are looking for

We believe that you:

• Have an electrician background or strong technical installation experience
• Have experience with battery solutions, solar panels, or energy systems
• Enjoy understanding the whole and thinking through technical solutions
• Can create technical installation documentation
• Thrive both in the office and out in the field
• Are comfortable with digital systems
• Communicate clearly in Swedish

Meritorious

• Experience in planning battery storage or solar power plants
• Experience with energy systems for agriculture, industry, or properties

• Scope: 60–100 %
