Your Role

In this role, you will be part of a team that develops and produces Saab's advanced air defense systems. Here, technology and innovation combine with collaboration and precision.

As an important cog in an agile project team, you will work with:

• Manufacturing, integration, assembly, and testing of our air defense systems
• Reviewing and working from design documentation and specifications
• Proposing improvements and adjustments to optimize product functionality and quality
• Producing technical publications that clearly describe operation and execution for our users

The positions are located in Halmstad. Travel within the country occurs but is usually not considered burdensome. International travel may occur.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, solution-oriented, and has a strong focus on quality. You enjoy finding efficient solutions and ensuring high standards in everything you do. We value pragmatism, flexibility, and a willingness to contribute both individually and in a team.

You have:

• Completed secondary education or vocational training in mechanics, fastening technology, or material selection.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to understand English design documentation.

• Hot work

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
