Helios Innovations is a growth company that produces modular treatment plants for industrial process water. We are in an expansion phase and are looking for an initiative-taking and self-driven person who can be responsible for the installation, operation, and service of our plants.

About the role:

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible, together with the rest of the Service Team, for the installation, commissioning, operation, and service/repairs of our units. No workday is the same at a startup company, and we are looking for someone who views flexibility positively. You need to be proactive and problem-solving and have a desire to shape processes and find solutions based on previous experience as the company is still in its startup phase. We are looking for someone with a process engineering background to easily troubleshoot and solve problems for customers. There is great potential for development for the right person, and we are a small team where everyone's opinions are heard.

Key responsibilities

  • Installation of plants at customer sites together with project managers and contractors.

  • Commissioning of plants at customer sites together with project managers and contractors.

  • Troubleshooting and performing service and repairs of our installed plants at customer sites.

  • Direct contact with customers for service scheduling.

  • Coordination of subcontractors for service.

  • Phone support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in service/installation within industry or another relevant field.

  • Process engineering competence/understanding.

  • Fluent in Swedish and has good English skills.

  • Class B driver's license for manual transmission.

  • Open to travel for work a couple of days a week.

Desirable

  • Experience in electrical, plumbing, contracting.

  • Experience in water treatment.

  • Experience in the waste industry.

  • Experience in reading and understanding information from logged trends.
