Hyltebostäder is a public housing company that manages over 530 apartments as well as municipal facilities throughout Hylte municipality. We also provide district heating to both businesses and private individuals and manage the municipality's properties. We are a cheerful and dedicated team passionate about offering attractive housing and good service to the municipality's residents by continuously developing our operations.

We are now looking for a service-oriented painter/property caretaker to help our tenants and customers at our pleasant office on Storgatan in Hyltebruk.

Job Responsibilities

As a painter/property caretaker at Hyltebostäder, you will be responsible for painting and wallpapering work in our property portfolio as well as in municipal properties.

As time allows and when needed, other tasks related to property maintenance such as minor repairs, outdoor environment, etc., will also be included.

In collaboration with other employees, you will help develop the service to our customers and the housing in Hyltebruk. You are responsible, highly engaged in your tasks, and care about the organization as a whole. The job involves a lot of contact with customers. You are engaged, structured, and responsible in your customer interactions.

In the role of painter/property caretaker with us, you will meet our customers daily. You work closely with our tenants and businesses, handling and resolving reported issues. Some administration in the form of reporting on current actions is included in the position. On-call duty may also be part of the job.

We are looking for someone who enjoys providing service and has a strong commitment to their tasks. You have a high school or vocational education in painting or equivalent that the employer assesses as comparable. Experience working in a property or housing company is a plus but not a requirement.

Your personality is important to us, and we value what you as an individual can contribute to our team. You are positive and have a flexible approach, willing to help where needed and take on new challenges. The role of painter/property caretaker requires you to be structured and solution-oriented. You work independently with a lot of responsibility.

Since the role involves many different contacts, you need to have good communication skills and be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and preferably in English.

A driver's license is required.
