We are now looking for an electrician in electrical power who is an authorized electrical installer for regulatory compliance and has experience in production for our factory in Lilla Edet. We now offer an exciting and challenging opportunity for you who want to contribute with your expertise, energy and creativity as we are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Specialist for our factory in Lilla Edet. Essity Edet Bruk, with 400 employees, produces about 100,000 tons of paper in the form of toilet and household paper every year. Since January 2022, Edet Bruk has been the first in the world with large-scale tissue production without fossil CO2 emissions.

The converting department consists of several lines that produce different types of paper products. Here you will work with the entire process chain, from raw material to finished product in packaging. About the Role

This is a permanent position without a probationary period. You will be responsible for the factory's electrical work and lead it as an electrical installer for regulatory compliance. In your role, you will act as an expert in your technical area and you will be part of a resource team consisting of systems support, electrical installers, and 5-shift electricians who together are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the factory.

You will be involved in installations and renovations of the infrastructure. And you will work for increased availability in the machines and predictability in production by participating in streamlining maintenance. Furthermore, you will support and coach operators in technical issues and train production teams to handle arising technical problems. You will propose and implement improvements and follow up that the processes regarding supervision, self-control, and electrical maintenance are adhered to. Together with other resources in the business, you will develop common standards and maintenance routines for production.

The position is a permanent employment and the work is scheduled during daytime.

• Authorization as an Electrical Installer for regulatory compliance is an asset
• High school education or equivalent in electrical/automation and relevant work experience from industry, preferably process industry
• Good collaboration skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Since a lot of internal documentation is in English, written knowledge of English is also a requirement
