Do you want to work outdoors, keep outdoor environments in top condition, and contribute to a high level of satisfaction for our customers? HSB Mellersta Götaland is now looking for a property caretaker for a summer vacation position in Halmstad during the summer of 2026.

About the role

As a temporary property caretaker, you will have your own area of responsibility where you independently plan and perform daily tasks. You ensure that the area is complete, tidy, and safe. The work is varied and suits you who enjoy physical work and have the will and commitment to provide professional service to our customers. Your tasks include:

• Lawn mowing

• Weeding

• Caring for hedges, bushes, and trees

• Some planting and other maintenance of green areas

• Waste management

• Basic cleaning when needed

You as a person

As a property caretaker, you work closely with the customer and are our face to the outside world. Therefore, we place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a good and pleasant living environment. As a person, you are service-oriented, have a positive attitude, and take responsibility for your work. We take pride in delivering high-quality service to our customers and therefore value your commitment to the job.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can work full-time during the specified vacation period

• Preferably has experience with similar tasks

• Masters Swedish in speech and writing

• Is comfortable working with digital tools

A driving license for a manual transmission is required as travel is included in the job.
