About the Position

In your role as a property caretaker, you will work in smaller teams and be based at our office Borret in central Falkenberg.

Your work area consists of the maintenance of Fabo's own properties as well as municipal properties.

Job Responsibilities

As a property caretaker, your duties include outdoor maintenance such as lawn mowing, cleaning, simple repairs, etc. The work is partly independent but with a strong team spirit and collaboration. There is always someone nearby.

Qualifications and Personality

We are looking for someone who enjoys varied tasks, likes working outdoors, and is willing to go the extra mile for the customer. You can work independently and have previous experience in property maintenance. As a person, you are meticulous, flexible, responsive to customer needs, and enjoy meeting people.

Collaborating and building good relationships with our tenants, customers, and colleagues at Fabo is a given for you.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A driving license for manual transmission is required as the position involves a lot of driving; additional machine licenses are a plus.

General

The positions are summer jobs with start and end dates according to agreement, lasting about 6-7 weeks.
