We are building something extraordinary, a brand new Aspire Lounge at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. We are now looking for Lounge Agents who want to be part of the journey from the start and contribute to creating a first-class guest experience in an international and dynamic environment.

We are now establishing Aspire Lounges in Sweden for the first time and building the operation at Stockholm Arlanda Airport.

As a Lounge Agent, you are a central part of the guest experience in the lounge. You meet travelers from all over the world and ensure they feel welcome, seen, and taken care of from the very first moment.

The role is operational and present. You work closely with both guests and colleagues and contribute to maintaining a high level of service throughout the day. The tasks vary and can include everything from welcoming guests and managing entry to serving, replenishing the buffet, and ensuring that the lounge is pleasant, clean, and well-organized.

You are an important part of the team and collaborate closely with other Lounge Agents and Supervisors to create a smooth flow and a positive atmosphere in the lounge.

In this role, you are responsible for providing guests with a professional and warm service experience throughout their stay in the lounge. You ensure that the lounge always maintains a high standard regarding service, order, hygiene, and atmosphere.

You assist guests with inquiries, guide them in the lounge, and ensure that food, drinks, and common areas meet the right quality. You follow established routines for safety, hygiene, and service and actively contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for both business and leisure travelers.

Requirements

• Experience in service, customer interaction, or a similar role

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

• Ability to work in a structured manner even during busy periods

• Service-oriented, responsible, and collaborative

• Approved for security clearance for work at the airport

• Basic computer skills

It is an advantage if you have experience from hotels, restaurants, lounges, airports, or other premium service, but your attitude, commitment, and willingness to create a great experience for the guest are the most important.

You will have the opportunity to be part of building a completely new lounge operation in Sweden from the ground up. Together with a dedicated team and with support from Swissport's international organization, you will create a workplace where quality, collaboration, and development are in focus.
