Alnöitskolan is a school that provides students with the best opportunities and conditions to have their entire educational journey in a safe, coherent, and equitable context from the first day of preschool to the last day of grade 9. Located on the heights of Ankarsvik, we have approximately 220 students, which gives us the security and closeness of a smaller school, but the opportunities and frameworks of a larger school. We offer students a high-quality, teacher-led education that prepares them for a constantly changing society. In this work, we are looking for teachers who combine subject expertise with good relationships and creative ideas. Who think outside the box, but within the governing documents.

For the school year 26/27, we are now seeking certified teachers in several subjects. The announced subjects have different scopes in the position, but we strive to create full-time positions for certified teachers depending on subject combinations, and mentorship can also be included in the positions. Primarily, the positions are aimed at our students in grades 6-9, but for crafts, grades 3-5 are also included. Right now we are looking for teachers in:

- Wood and metal crafts

- Textile crafts

- Physical education and health

- Modern languages Spanish

- Home economics

- Art

Alnöitskolan believes in every student's ability to succeed and do right, and it is our mission to provide them, with our support, the best conditions for this. We value relational leadership. We also prioritize work with health and sustainability and have two different working groups with a special focus on these areas. At the school, we also have access to our own sports hall and a large school forest with good opportunities for outdoor education.

• Has good collaboration skills and enjoys working in teams.

• Has a reflective approach and actively works to develop your and the school's teaching methods.

• Plans, documents, and implements your teaching with good quality.

• Possesses good communication skills and strives to create good relationships with both students, colleagues, and guardians.
