ABOUT THE JOB

Do you want to help create fantastic experiences for our guests? Ansia Badpark is looking for seasonal workers for the summer of 2026.

Ansia Badpark will offer swimming, play, and exercise for the residents of Lycksele and tourists during the summer season. Our wish is for all bathers to have a fun experience in a well-maintained and safe facility. Therefore, the staff at Ansia Badpark works diligently towards clear goals with excellent hospitality.

As an operator at Ansia Badpark, you will be part of a wonderful team that works to provide our guests with the highest possible service with world-class hospitality. You will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the water treatment facility and work according to clear routines to maintain good water quality. The job also includes maintenance of outdoor environments, green areas, and various handyman tasks. Lifeguarding is also part of the job. As an operator, you will also have a supervisory role for seasonal workers.

YOUR PROFILE

We believe in the right competence in the right place.

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and is skilled in swimming and lifeguarding. Experience in similar work and/or within the tourism industry is an advantage. Everyone working at the Badpark receives training in lifeguarding, CPR, hospitality, and how to perform practical tasks. Knowledge of languages other than Swedish is also an advantage.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT

Duration: Seasonal work from June 15 to August 9 or by agreement.
Scope: 80%
Start date: By agreement.
