As a service technician at Staffare, you will play a central role in strengthening and further developing the branch in Skellefteå. You will be an important part of the business with responsibility for service, maintenance, and repair of primarily construction machinery. The role suits you who work solution-oriented, have a strong service focus, and enjoy close customer relationships as a natural part of your daily work. Through your engagement, you contribute to ensuring high operational reliability of customers' machines and equipment.

At Staffare AB, you will be offered a varied and stimulating job where you will work with several different machine brands. Previous experience with Hyundai or Huddig is an advantage. The tasks range from ongoing service and advanced troubleshooting within electrical and hydraulic systems to both minor and more extensive repairs. The position involves travel as you will be working largely in the field.

We are looking for someone who has experience in servicing and maintaining machines and has built up solid mechanical skills. You are used to working independently, have a good ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. You take responsibility, work carefully, and see the value in building and maintaining good customer relationships. When you are on-site in the workshop, you show drive and commitment by taking on tasks and supporting the team where needed.

·       B driver's license

·       Experience in service and maintenance of machines

·       Good understanding of hydraulics and electronics

·       Good computer skills

·       Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

·       Good knowledge of English

• Education in heavy machinery
