Service Technician Wanted at Dematek AB in Skellefteå

Dematek AB is the most complete supplier of lifting equipment, service, and safety training in the market. We are represented all over Sweden and are now looking for another service technician in Skellefteå. You will work with the leading brands in the lifting industry and become part of our strong team at Dematek.

About You:

You will be offered a position where you control your workdays and organize your work independently at our customers' sites. We believe you appreciate working with freedom under responsibility. At our customers, you will work with preventive maintenance, service, and installation of our products such as overhead cranes, hoists, pillar jib cranes, and much more related to lifting. We hope you are an open person who enjoys having a lot of customer contact and likes to sell both our services and products. You will have access to a well-equipped service vehicle and many contacts to call when you need help.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

A strong interest in technology
Previous experience as a service technician
Experience with commonly used administrative systems
A valid driver's license (B)
Basic knowledge of English
Swedish citizenship as some jobs require security clearance

The job can sometimes be physically demanding, and since it may occur at heights, you must be able to obtain a valid fitness certificate for climbing at significant height differences. Work underground may also occur.

We believe you live around Skellefteå, and you will start from our office/workshop and have the option to use your service vehicle as a company car. The position is full-time.

Many of our customers require security clearance. Therefore, it is important that you have a clean criminal record and a stable and good financial background. Some customers may also conduct alcohol and drug tests as part of their safety routines.
