We are looking for several caretakers for summer positions at Skebo.

Here you will work with relationship-building service towards our tenants around Skellefteå.

As a caretaker, you will have an active and varied job where no day is like the other. You will be part of a friendly team of dedicated colleagues who are passionate about problem-solving and service.

Responsibilities

As a caretaker, your main tasks will be to solve service requests in a smart and efficient way and provide good service to our tenants. You will perform minor construction, plumbing, and electrical jobs, as well as coordinate external suppliers for larger projects. In addition to being out with our tenants, some administration is also included.

The positions are based in Skellefteå, Bureå/Lövånger, Burträsk, Boliden, Kåge/Byske, and Skelleftehamn/Ursviken. Please indicate in your application which location(s) you are interested in.

Employment: Full-time during the period June-August Working hours: Weekdays 07:00-16:00

Your profile

We are looking for someone who may have an education in construction, plumbing, or electrical work, or has acquired the knowledge through work experience. You enjoy working with problem-solving, and we also believe that you have good computer skills as some administration is involved.

Since the positions involve driving to different areas, a valid driver's license (B) is required.

Furthermore, you have good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are considered an asset.

You are flexible, good at prioritizing, and ensure that tasks are completed independently.
