Service Technician – Umeå

We are now looking for a service technician for a well-established and growing company in technical solutions for water and environmental technology. The company is a market leader in its field and invests heavily in innovation, quality, and sustainable solutions. The position is based in Umeå, where you will primarily work. Travel is required in the role, and assignments may also occur in Norway, Dalarna, and Uppsala.

About the role

As a service technician, you are the company's face to the customer and have daily contact with clients. You are offered a free and independent job with great responsibility. You will work from home daily and have access to a company car. A personal parking space needs to be provided.

You will work with modern products and cutting-edge technical solutions. Of course, you will receive the product and system training necessary to succeed in the role.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is practical, technically interested, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working independently and have a good sense of service as most of the work is performed on-site with customers.

Experience from similar work is an advantage, especially in:

• Mechanics
• Fall protection
• Electrical work
• General technical/manual work

We would like you to have:

• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment
• A strong technical interest and a desire to develop
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good collaboration skills and flexibility
• Driver's license B
