District Nurse/Nurse at Mariehem Health Center

Mariehem Health Center has approximately 12,500 registered patients and is located in Mariehem, Umeå, just a five-minute walk from Nydalasjön. Mariehem Health Center is part of the Northern Primary Care area, which also includes Sävar, Robertsfors, and Ersboda Health Centers. This position will be based at Mariehem Health Center.

Do you want to be part of an interprofessional team where we take joint responsibility for tasks? You will work with several experienced and specialized colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a district nurse/nurse with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel safe.

You will meet and care for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly in both planned, acute, and self-referral consultations. The work is varied, including counseling, assessments, follow-ups, and other health-promoting activities.

Together, we actively work to develop methods that promote patient safety, accessibility, and a good working environment. We encourage an innovative approach to work.

We offer opportunities for specialization in areas included in the assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Further education as a district nurse is an advantage.

You enjoy working in a team but have a good ability to organize and structure your own work. You are flexible, can handle varying workloads, and have a solution-oriented approach. We work to actively develop methods that promote patient safety, accessibility, and a good working environment.
