Home healthcare is responsible for home care, home visits, all rehabilitation and habilitation, as well as assistive devices for ordinary housing, including the prescription of assistive devices and certificates for housing adaptation. The responsibility applies around the clock for individuals over 18 years old living in their own homes. The goals of home healthcare include strengthening the individual's ability to live an independent life and providing good and safe healthcare, as well as increasing the person's experience of good quality. To achieve these goals, three focus areas have been identified that indicate the direction of the work. These are; health-promoting and rehabilitative approaches, co-creation, and coordination and distribution of responsibilities.

Your tasks

As a nurse with us, you will work with the usual tasks of a nurse at the primary care level. This includes medication management, wound care, injections, and catheter care, etc. You will plan and manage your workday in collaboration with other professionals with a person-centered approach. The work takes place in ordinary housing, and you will be responsible for healthcare interventions in close collaboration with other professionals.

The working hours for all positions are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekend.

About you

We are looking for a licensed nurse. If you have further education focusing on district care, psychiatry, or elderly care, it is an advantage. We prefer that you have experience working in home healthcare and elderly care.

You have good initiative and are good at thinking outside the box. You can work independently while recognizing the importance of collaboration with various professional groups, where the individual also has an active role. Naturally, you have a good, respectful demeanor and are attentive and open in your interactions with both the individuals being cared for and their relatives. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

To communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues, as well as to write and access care documentation, you must have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

A driver's license (B) is required for the position. The work includes lifting, and lifting aids are used after delegation. Since smoking and pets are present, you should not be allergic.
