We are looking for a senior test manager who combines test strategic responsibility with requirements analysis and test management within a management object with several teams and an overarching management. You will be a central part of a larger initiative to further develop system support and processes related to capacity allocation, which includes both internally developed functions and an externally procured standard system. The assignment is carried out in ongoing management with an agile working method and places high demands on structure, holistic view, and long-term maintainability. Knowledge transfer to internal staff occurs continuously.

• Develop and further enhance the test strategy and support requirements analysis related to systems and changes.
• Lead and coordinate system and acceptance testing, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Test lead and coordinate multiple testing resources within the management object.
• Ensure testing in both internally developed solutions and standard systems in collaboration with external suppliers.
• Create and lead knowledge-building activities, such as guilds, demonstrations, conferences, and Wiki material.
• Act as support to other test managers within the organization.
• Work according to established methods for planning, execution, and documentation.
• Contribute to ongoing knowledge transfer to internal teams.

• Documented education in testing and quality work.
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent.
• At least 9 years of experience as a test manager at the system and acceptance testing level.
• At least 9 years of experience leading a group of at least 4 people.
• Experience in leading and creating knowledge-building activities (e.g., guilds, demonstrations, conferences) and supporting a group of test managers.
• At least 5 years of experience in testing work with Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading work with external foreign suppliers in a complex system solution, from work at an authority.
• At least 5 years of experience working with applications with many integrations, from work at an authority.
• Own and valid Visual Studio license for the assignment with access to development environments.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
