Xamera DEV is now looking for a Senior C++ Developer who wants to take on Team Lead responsibilities for a project in a technically advanced and security-critical environment in Linköping. In this role, you will combine system-level software development in C++ with clear responsibilities for technical leadership, structure, and mentorship.

You will lead a development team of junior and mid-level developers and play a central role in creating direction, quality, and stability in the daily work. The role involves close collaboration with other teams, product management, and DevOps functions to ensure sustainable long-term solutions and high delivery quality.

In this role, you will work with:

• Technical leadership in the team and responsibility for daily planning

• Development and further development of system-level and embedded software in C++

• Ensuring good architecture, high code quality, and long-term maintainability

• Breaking down goals and requirements into clear and actionable tasks

• Mentorship and technical guidance for colleagues

• Improving work processes within testing, quality, and DevOps

• Has several years of experience in C++ development in complex, preferably system-level or embedded environments

• Has experience in technical leadership as a team lead, tech lead, architect, or similar

• Has a good understanding of modern C++ and related tools

• Has experience in testing in environments where quality and robustness are important

• Has worked with version control in Git and has a good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps

• Has experience with real-time systems

• Thrives in larger organizations with shared working methods

• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You are confident in your technical decision-making and comfortable taking responsibility for both the big picture and details. You are pedagogical, structured, and have an easy time building trust within the team. You are willing to share your knowledge and are motivated by seeing others develop.

(We are also continuously looking for senior C++ developers for other assignments in Linköping, where the focus is on technical execution without formal team lead responsibilities.)
