We are looking for a new employee for Bambi's short-term home in Bromma!
We are looking for someone with experience working with children, youth, and young adults with extensive disabilities. You should preferably have professional experience with significant physical disabilities and developmental disabilities.
You should be a team player with a big heart who can work flexibly and empathetically. You should be meticulous and able to take great responsibility for your work, both in a group and individually. You will work in a team but with a strong emphasis on personal responsibility and initiative while also helping others. Collaboration and team spirit are of great importance. Stress tolerance is crucial in the work at the short-term home.
You should have a strong interest in being with children/youth/young adults with special needs, seeing the individual's development, handling setbacks, and adapting to their needs.
You should be familiar with self-care, chewing/swallowing difficulties, alternative communication, low-affect responses, experience with challenging behavior, and various aids such as orthoses, standing scales, ceiling lifts, corsets, and tube feeding.
Household chores such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry are part of the daily work.
You should be computer literate in Office and able to use the web.

We think it is important to do what is planned while also being able to adapt the day's schedule if necessary. The Position:
The position involves working evenings, weekends, and weekdays. (workload approximately 90%)
Working hours: Mon - Fri 06:30-13:30, 13:00-21:00. Weekend hours: 07:30-17:30, 09:00-20:00, 10:30-21:00.
Requirements:
Certified nursing assistant or equivalent education in care, disabilities, or special education for children with special needs.
Start Date:
Immediate start or as agreed.
We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
We provide a long introduction and training in basic knowledge of LSS, First Aid, and ergonomics during the first months of employment. Bambi offers continuous professional development and supervision, both individually and in groups.
Collective agreement: Fremia and Kommunal. Individual salary setting. Monthly salary or hourly wage.
