JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant with us at Landskrona Omsorg, you will provide care to our clients based on their individual needs. The work includes, among other things:

• Perform daily care such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers, and meal support
• Participate in and perform health and medical tasks delegated by licensed personnel
• Observe changes in residents' health status and report deviations
• Document interventions and observations in the operational system according to applicable routines
• Work based on implementation plans, routines, and quality requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other professionals
• Contribute to a good and safe working environment and participate in improvement and quality work
• Participate in activities that promote residents' participation and quality of life

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying:

• Are a trained care assistant with certification
• Have experience working in care and nursing homes or similar settings
• Speak, read, and write good Swedish, as documentation and communication are part of the job
• Can work both independently and together with other professional groups
• Have a professional and respectful approach towards residents and relatives
• Are responsible, flexible, and attentive to the individual needs of residents
• Have a good ability to work according to routines, guidelines, and applicable legislation
• Have basic digital skills and can manage operational systems for documentation
• Are confident in working with care, service interventions, and social interaction
