The Specialized Medicine Area (VO) 2 at Helsingborg Hospital is now recruiting another clinical teacher for the Neurology and Stroke Department as well as the Lung, Medicine, and Gastroenterology Department. We already have three clinical teachers who work with different internal medicine specialties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a clinical teacher, you will work between clinical operations, the education unit, educational institutions, and students. You contribute to making practical training attractive and of high quality for both students and employees. You are a key person in the work of integrating educational issues into the other work of the operational areas.

Together with the other clinical teachers within Specialized Medicine, as well as within the hospital, you will have overall responsibility for the introduction of students, planning, structuring, implementation, and evaluation of practical training. You initiate and drive pedagogical development and implement new learning models. In addition to the pedagogical assignment, which is mainly linked to the educational institutions and the hospital's education unit, work with competency-enhancing educational initiatives within the operational areas and at the Clinical Training Center is also included. You are employed within VO Specialized Medicine 2 and report to the area manager.

Your position also includes clinical duties with your own patient responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are also a requirement for the position. We would like you to have several years of experience as a nurse, and it is advantageous if you have supervisory competence and a master's degree. If assessed clinical pedagogical ability is present without a master's qualification, a master's should be started within three years.
