You have a holistic view and a good ability to analyze and reflect from different perspectives and can find solutions based on needs and situations. At the same time, you can delineate your work and work goal-oriented. Your ability to plan and prioritize is good, both independently and with the support of your colleagues and immediate supervisor.

About the Workplace
In the unit for Personal Assistance, all municipal execution of assistance is gathered in different sections. This contributes to our ability to focus fully on development as well as knowledge and quality for the operations and Malmö residents. We currently have a total of 6 licensed occupational therapists and 6 physiotherapists working together with preventive, improving, and compensatory measures for individuals with reduced functional and/or activity abilities. Together, we make it possible for Malmö residents to live an independent life and have a functioning everyday life.
The unit also includes the section for nurses and nursing assistants. Both operations have workplaces in the same premises and a close collaboration in a team-based working method. The unit also has several other functions connected, including educators, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists with specific assignments, and caretakers.
In the functional support administration, we work together to create and develop even better support and services for individuals with disabilities. Our operations exist within LSS, social psychiatry, personal assistance, escorts, and health and medical care. Severely ill children receiving care at home are also part of our mission. We work for everyone's right to good health, the opportunity for work and employment, and the ability to participate in society based on their conditions. Join us in creating a meaningful and good life for Malmö residents with mental, intellectual, or physical disabilities!
