We are looking for an expert in information security for the IT security unit in Norrköping.

The Swedish Migration Agency is undergoing a comprehensive transformation focusing on digitalization for more efficient processes and working methods within the organization. This means that there are high demands for developing infrastructure, systems, and support that support the new working methods in a way that meets high demands for information security, information quality, and efficiency.

The ISA function is staffed by two employees who will become three and primarily works to manage and coordinate the agency's information security analyses (ISA) and impact assessments according to GDPR (KKB).

What does an information security expert do with us?

• Lead, follow up, analyze, and report on the Swedish Migration Agency's information security analyses and impact assessments
• Lead and participate in the development of the Swedish Migration Agency's processes for information security analyses and impact assessments
• Conduct risk analyses in the field of information security
• Participate in the organization's work with information classifications
• Educate and support the organization on issues related to cyber and information security
• Coordinate and quality assure materials from the organization prior to information security analyses and impact assessments

We are looking for someone who

For the role of coordinator of ISA and KKB, we are looking for someone who is judicious, meticulous, proactive, and has good analytical skills. You work well with others and can relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner. You take responsibility for and prioritize your tasks and drive your processes forward in relation to set deadlines.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Academic education in information security, cybersecurity, law, risk management, or alternatively other education combined with experience that the Swedish Migration Agency deems relevant
• Ability to express yourself very well in spoken and written Swedish and well in English
• At least 3 years of work experience in information security, cybersecurity, or work with risk analyses, compliance, or security-related work that the Swedish Migration Agency deems relevant
• Documented experience in leading or coordinating analyses or investigations

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working with regulations and legislation such as NIS2, CER, and GDPR
• Experience in project management and/or assignment management
• Experience in information security analyses, impact assessments, or equivalent
• Experience from the public sector or other complex organizations
• Experience working systematically according to established frameworks or methods (e.g., ISO 2700x or equivalent)
• Experience collaborating with operations, IT, and legal

The position is security classified and requires placement in a security class as well as approved suitability assessment by the Swedish Migration Agency's security department. A requirement for Swedish citizenship is set for this position.

Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period
Working hours: Office hours, remote agreements can be applied according to agreement
Individual salary setting
Location: Flexible among the Swedish Migration Agency's locations but preferably Norrköping or Linköping
Start date: By agreement
