Xamera DEV is now looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer for an assignment in a technically advanced and security-critical environment in Linköping. The assignment is an important part of an ongoing software transformation focused on building and establishing modern, sustainable DevOps practices across multiple teams and products.

The role is clearly senior and involves creating structure, direction, and best practices. You will have a holistic perspective and work closely with both development teams and line organizations to enable long-term effective working methods and technical platforms.

In this role, you will work with:

• Designing and establishing a common DevOps base platform for development teams

• CI/CD flows, build and deploy pipelines, and automated testing

• Standardized and improved development environments

• Implementing practices such as Infrastructure, Requirements, and Documents as Code

• Mapping the current state and target vision together with teams and the organization

• Supporting and coaching development teams in working methods, tools, and quality thinking

• Acting as a technically strong partner in DevOps and transformation issues

• Has several years of experience in DevOps work in complex software projects

• Has very good practical experience with CI/CD solutions and pipelines

• Has worked with automated testing at multiple levels

• Is experienced in version control with Git and build and release automation

• Has a strong understanding of software development, preferably close to system-level or embedded environments

• Has experience implementing or standardizing practices in organizations with multiple teams and products

• Is comfortable working both strategically and hands-on

• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Has worked with cloud services and IoC, and Requirement as Code, as well as Docker/Podman, Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes

• Knowledge of Grafana/Prometheus is a plus

You are confident in your skills and used to working in environments where change, improvement, and long-term focus are key. You are pedagogical, structured, and have an easy time communicating technical relationships to both developers and other stakeholders. You thrive in a role where you combine analysis, execution, and coaching.
