Xamera DEV is now looking for a Change Leader / Technical Project Manager for a long-term assignment in Linköping. The assignment is a central part of a larger software transformation where the focus is on moving the organization from its current state to more modern, sustainable, and software-driven working methods.

The role is situated at the intersection of business and technology and is suitable for you who want to drive change in practice – not just develop strategies. You will work closely with development teams, line managers, product management, and other key roles to create structure, direction, and momentum in the transformation.

In this role, you will work with:

• Mapping the current state and target vision together with teams and the organization

• Facilitating workshops and dialogues around working methods, technology, and delivery capability

• Defining common levels and frameworks for how software development should be conducted

• Breaking down a long-term change journey into clear phases and prioritized initiatives

• Developing and driving a roadmap linked to benefits, business, and feasibility

• Supporting line managers and relieving the organization in the change process

• Collaborating with roles within DevOps, technical management, and other improvement initiatives

• Has solid experience in change management or business development in technology-heavy organizations

• Has a very good understanding of modern software development, even if you do not work hands-on as a developer

• Is used to working at the intersection of technology, business, and management

• Has experience leading larger change or transformation initiatives across multiple teams or products

• Is comfortable creating current state analyses, target visions, and long-term roadmaps

• Has worked in larger organizations where central initiatives need to collaborate with local needs

• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You are a person with excellent communication skills who can create consensus among different stakeholders. You are pedagogical and attentive, but also clear and driving when direction needs to be maintained. You are structured, analytical, and used to translating vision and strategy into concrete next steps. Above all, you thrive in change work that extends over time.
