Anton Education has two primary schools, Antonskolan Blekedamm and Antonskolan Österäng, with grades from preschool to grade 9. About the Assignment

We are now looking for one or more individuals for our substitute pool service in varying capacities. You will be an important part of the school's team and work to create a safe and stimulating learning environment for our students when regular staff are not present.

You will be placed, by our substitute coordinators, where there is a need for the day, from preschool to grade 9.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher

· Step in for other staff as needed, such as leisure educators and student resources

· Collaborate with other teachers and school staff

· Help create an inclusive environment where all students feel seen and heard

We are looking for someone who:

· Has experience in educational work and/or educational training

· Has experience working with children and youth, preferably in an educational environment

· Is flexible, attentive, and has great patience

· Can work independently as well as in a team

· Has a passionate interest in supporting children and youth in their development

· Has experience working with students in need of special support

· Wants a foot in the school world that can eventually lead to a permanent position

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

Fixed-term employment at 50%-100% throughout the school year. Selection is ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as possible.

Before you are offered a position at Antonskolan, you must provide an extract from the police's criminal record according to the Education Act 2 chapter 31§. Since processing time usually takes a couple of weeks, it is advisable to request a criminal record extract today.
