In our surgical departments in Mora, you will encounter a dynamic and educational work environment where we care for patients with a wide range of surgical diagnoses. Here, we work in teams with high competence and great commitment - always with the patient in focus.

We are now looking for someone who wants to work with both acute and elective patient flows. We prefer that you want to work on rotation, but there is an option for day/evening shifts.

As a nursing assistant with us, you will:

• Provide person-centered care and support to patients based on their daily needs
• Participate in pre and post-operative care and monitoring
• Be responsible for sampling, checks, and basic medical technology
• Collaborate closely with nurses, doctors, and other professionals
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and positive care climate
• The work is varied and the pace changes - here you will use your entire nursing assistant competence.

We are looking for someone who

• is a trained nursing assistant who has completed the Health and Care program or the vocational package Health and Care in adult education.
• is confident in your professional role and has good collaboration skills
• thrives in an environment with rapid changes and varied tasks
• has a genuine interest in providing high-quality care

It is advantageous if you have

• experience in surgery or emergency care
