The Role

You will lead and develop construction projects. You will be key persons in shaping work methods, culture, and future teams – a unique opportunity for those who want to combine operational project management with a strategic mission to build the organization.

We are looking for those who

Have several years of experience as, for example, department manager, district manager, contract manager, business area manager, operations manager, and project manager in construction. Other roles that are also of interest for the start group are cost manager or purchasing manager.

Are team builders who are motivated to develop both people and organizations.
