Description

The housing support works with individually tailored support that is adapted to the user's needs and can involve support measures in the individual's home or in the form of more outward social contact. The measures are carried out together with the user to increase their functional ability, contribute to increased independence, and enable the user to remain in their home. Educational requirements include nursing assistant with a focus on psychiatry/LSS, social psychiatric care, or what the employer deems equivalent in terms of education or experience.

Job Responsibilities

Your tasks consist of supporting individuals in their daily lives according to the intentions of social services, which means preserving, changing, and developing people's own resources.

This may include performing certain health and medical care tasks. It also includes social documentation, being responsible for your own daily planning, establishing implementation plans, and following up on these together with case managers. It is also important that you contribute to a good working climate for colleagues and a good home environment for tenants.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant with a focus on psychiatry/LSS, social psychiatric care.
• Driver's license B
• It is an advantage if you have experience with LSS or are an educated support pedagogue and trained in MI (motivational interviewing).

Recruitment starts during the application period. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously. A probationary period of 6 months may apply.

For positions where a license/valid proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare for protected professional titles is required, this must be submitted before employment.

Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can be considered.

Criminal record checks are conducted for all employment within the social services.

For employment within HVB operations, an extract from the HVB home is requested.

For employment in activities aimed at children with disabilities, extracts for children with disabilities and checks of personal information are requested.

For other employment within social services, an extract for checking personal information is requested.

If the extract is not digital, it must be brought in an unopened envelope during the check.

Employment is subject to the necessary decisions being made.
