ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are now looking for three personal assistants who want to work with our client in Trollhättan. As an assistant to our client, you will work according to a fixed schedule of approximately 75%. You are expected to work both weekdays and weekends, with shifts scheduled for daytime and evening hours.

Start date will be at the turn of the year 2025/2026 according to agreement.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 30s with CP (Cerebral Palsy) and is wheelchair-bound. She works 50% and in her free time, she trains and competes at a high level in framerunning.

As an assistant, you will accompany the client in her daily life, both at work and in her training. You will assist with everything that may be needed in everyday life.

Furthermore, the client has a good sense of humor and enjoys joking. She has also recently started air rifle shooting.

Our client prefers female assistants and is looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. You should also be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We appreciate a good sense of humor and the ability to laugh, as personal suitability is of great importance. The client leads a very active lifestyle, and you as a personal assistant should also enjoy training and excitement.

It is also important that you are able to travel, both domestically and internationally, as she goes on several competition trips.

REQUIREMENTS

• Non-smoker
• Driving license B
• Good language skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
