About the position

As a residential support worker, you will work closely with the user in their daily life. Your mission is to support, motivate, and train in all aspects that are part of an independent life.

The work is scheduled with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Night shifts are also available.

We are looking for someone who

-Has an interest in working with the target group of mental health issues.

-Is reliable, empathetic, and responsible.

-Enjoys working both independently and in a team.
