E&M Vison AB operates supported housing and training apartments for adults in Västra Götaland. Our target group includes individuals facing challenges in establishing a satisfactory lifestyle due to substance abuse issues, mental health problems, psychosocial difficulties, norm-breaking behaviors, and homelessness. We strive to provide support and resources to promote well-being and independence among our clients.

We are now looking for a self-driven and flexible contact person with commitment and a positive demeanor towards clients living in Gothenburg.

We expect you to have relevant post-secondary education in social work of at least two years. Work experience from similar assignments is a requirement.

Responsibilities: As a contact person, you will be available to guide and provide security through individual support in daily life. You will be the contact person for a number of clients whom you will meet regularly. The support may include transportation, assistance with official matters, support during medical visits, identifying employment opportunities such as internships or jobs, and promoting good health through joint training. The support also includes helping individuals living in our apartments to increase their self-confidence and independence.

The work also involves administrative tasks such as social documentation and the establishment of action plans/monthly reports.

Please note that the position advertised is on an as-needed/hourly basis.
