Are you a Licensed Optician with a passion for eye health who wants to work in a developing team at a growing company, with the customer's needs in focus?

As a Licensed Optician at Direkt Optik, you are the heart of our business. Your ability to be attentive to each customer's unique needs is crucial to ensuring the absolute best experience. Your primary responsibility as a Licensed Optician is to perform eye examinations and prescribe tailored visual aids at a high clinical level, with the goal of offering each customer the most optimal solution.

At Direkt Optik, you work in harmony with the Store Manager, Salespeople, and Optician Assistants to build long-term customer relationships.

Direkt Optik is part of Nexeye, a successful and ambitious group of retail companies that currently consists of three affordable optical brands operating in five European countries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye and contact lens examinations;
• Detect abnormalities in the eye and refer customers to ophthalmologists if necessary;
• Inform your customers about which lenses and frames are best suited for their prescriptions, how to use contact lenses, and perform follow-ups as needed;
• Provide the best possible customer service so that our customers look forward to their next meeting with us;
• Be an ambassador for Direkt Optik's goal to live by our values: Your vision - Our strength.

Requirements for the position

• Licensed optician, regardless of whether you have a DO/master's degree or not.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly value personal interaction with customers and strive to build long-term relationships.
