Our client is an active man who enjoys staying active. He lives in an adapted apartment in Lund, where his daily life is often filled with walks, café visits, shopping, and movie outings. Concerts and stand-up are also activities he truly appreciates and that bring him a lot of joy. If you share his great passion for music, play an instrument, or have a genuine interest in music, it would be a great advantage. He has good verbal skills and no severe cognitive issues, but sometimes he needs support to manage brain fatigue and anxiety. Therefore, we are looking for a responsive and reliable assistant who can provide him with the support he needs to continue living an active and meaningful life. The home has no pets, but it is dog-friendly, so if you want to bring your four-legged friend from time to time, that is perfectly fine. To facilitate his mobility, aids such as a Turner, walker, lifting belt, and wheelchair are used, which makes it easier to provide him with the support he needs in various situations.

We value qualities such as being calm, positive, empathetic, and attentive, as well as being creative and having a sense of humor. We are looking for an independent, proactive, and stress-resistant person who enjoys active work and wants to be part of our positive and supportive team. You should be able to adapt to the client's needs and be flexible in your work. If you have previous experience working with people with brain injuries, this is an advantage.

• ⏳ Agreement: Introductory shifts at the beginning to see that the collaboration works well. The employment is a part-time job as needed to cover absences/disease and unstaffed shifts in the schedule.

We continuously contact candidates who are relevant for a first interview. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which can happen before the application deadline. To be employed with us, you need to be at least 18 years old, be able to verify your identity, and show that you have the right to work in Sweden. Additionally, a valid BankID is required since both the employment contract and time reports are signed digitally.
