Social Worker Needed for the Investigation Unit in Ludvika Municipality
In Ludvika, children and youth are important! We demonstrate this by making children and youth the center of our municipal organization. Most resources directed towards children and youth have been gathered under one committee. This includes preschool, primary school, adapted primary school, and also individual and family care. A common feature of all activities is a conscious quality effort to continuously develop and improve work with children and youth.

The Workplace
Individual and family care is part of the Social and Education Administration in Ludvika Municipality. We are about 100 employees organized into five units: the Investigation Unit, Support and Welfare Unit, Foster Care and Family Law Unit, Open Care Unit, and Ami. The Investigation Unit consists of four functional groups and is led by a unit manager together with two senior social workers. Here, we work in teams, often two by two on cases, and we prioritize close supervision, reflection time, and a good working environment.

Your Qualifications
We require that you have a degree in social work and knowledge of current legislation. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, as well as good collaboration and initiative skills.
A valid B driver's license is required for the position.
Meritorious
- Experience in authority work regarding children and youth (0–20 years).
- Further education in, for example, systems theory or Signs of Safety.

You are self-assured and can maintain a realistic perspective in everyday life. You have a good ability to document, communicate, and collaborate. You see opportunities, take responsibility, and are motivated to achieve set goals. You are flexible and adaptable to change.
