Job Responsibilities
Clutch Solution AB is seeking a supervisor for assignments within foster care operations on behalf of a client. The assignment involves supervising staff working with foster homes and family placements within municipal social services.
The supervision aims to strengthen the professional approach, ensure quality in the work, and create space for reflection and method development in groups. The work requires good knowledge of the social services' assignments, legislation, and established working methods.
Qualifications
- Degree in Social Work or other equivalent academic education
- Experience in foster care work and/or family placements
- Previous work within municipal social services
- At least three years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in group supervision
- Meritorious
- Knowledge of BBIC
- Experience with Signs of Safety
Conditions
- Fixed-term employment until December 31, 2026
- Reference from a manager or supervisor required
