We are looking for flexible and committed nursing assistants for the home care group Gamla Herrgården

Gamla Herrgården is based in central Falun and is responsible for the districts of Östanfors, Gamla Herrgården, and Elsborg. The primary mode of transport is bicycle.

The work of the care administration is based on a common value foundation where safety is a central concept in the work with the individual customer. In every meeting with the individual, the care administration's activities should be characterized by a good reception that ensures respect, integrity, self-determination, continuity, and influence for the individual.

Job Responsibilities

In home care, you will perform care and service tasks based on SoL and carry out delegated HSL tasks within home healthcare.

Qualifications

The following is required for the role:

• Nursing assistant education
• Medication and insulin delegation
• Good cycling skills

• Experience in care and nursing work
• Experience working with the planning tool TES

Employment Conditions

Temporary position until 31/8-26. Start date by agreement.
