Your Role as a Pharmacist at Kronans Apotek in Vaggeryd

We are looking for a driven pharmacist for our pharmacy in Vaggeryd. The pharmacy is centrally located in our small town of Vaggeryd. Our typical customer is a returning customer. They are families with children, young people, seniors, self-care customers, and prescription customers. We constantly work to meet all our customers' needs, big and small. You will work together with a wonderful team consisting of three pharmacists and a pharmacy technician who collectively take great responsibility for the pharmacy and create world-class customer experiences. It is important to us that everyone is heard, and we work according to our values: Responsibility, Curiosity, and Together.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medications and self-care products to working with inventory management, campaign work, quality, and development.

Our Future Location Package that Makes a Difference

• Salary supplement 💰5,000 SEK extra per month for three years for those who choose to relocate or commute to become part of our team!
• Bonus 🏆To ensure you thrive and flourish, we offer you an annual bonus of 60,000 SEK during your first three years with us (psst… a total of up to 180,000 SEK 😉). This is our way of thanking you for choosing to build your future here with us!

The pharmacy is open from 09:30 to 18:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays. We offer a permanent position full-time or part-time as agreed, and you will be welcomed into the team of pharmacy manager Merita. The salary supplement and bonus are proportional to or linked to the employment rate. Here you have the opportunity to work as a responsible pharmacist or the opportunity to take training for such a role.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. Previous experience with medication responsibility is an advantage. To thrive in the role, we believe that you are passionate about helping our customers achieve good medication use and health. We also believe that you thrive best when you are part of an engaged team working towards clearly defined goals.
