Our Operations

The pleasant town of Knivsta is growing, and the influx of patients is good – therefore, we are now looking for a driven team leader. Our clinic is centrally located with excellent commuting options between Stockholm and Uppsala. The clinic has eleven treatment rooms. We have 27 employees, an engaged team that together creates a good working atmosphere and a positive work environment, where you will become an important part.

The clinic is characterized by broad expertise with investments in development. We have a collaboration with the municipality in the constantly growing town of Knivsta. Here you have the chance to contribute to the clinic's development.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are now looking for someone with experience in dental care who wants to drive change. You thrive in a role where you can combine administration with working with people. You are unpretentious and create security, clarity, and engagement around you.

As a team leader with us, you are an important part of our daily operations. You work closely with both employees and the operations manager and become a central key person in creating structure, coordinating work, and ensuring that our processes function effectively. The role includes, among other things, that you:

• Lead and coordinate the daily work at the clinic
• Follow up on staffing, routines, and workflows.
• Actively contribute to developing working methods and participate in change efforts.
• Work closely with the operations manager and serve as a link between management and staff.
• Ensure that patient focus and quality permeate everything we do.

We want you to be educated in the dental field. It is an advantage if you have leadership experience. We offer a permanent position within your dental profession with a fixed-term appointment as a team leader.
