Förenade Care Liljefors Torg 4 opened in the summer of 2012 and is a care home for 70 people with various needs for care and support - nursing, dementia & social psychiatry. We are now looking for a nurse to join our wonderful team at Liljefors Torg 4. Working with us is both varied and stimulating. As a nurse with us, you are an important part of both the management team and the team on the ward. In the management team, you help influence and develop the operations. You see it as a natural part of your work approach to collaborate with the nursing staff in a guiding role and to mentor students and trainees. We prefer that you are confident in documentation, enjoy working in a team, but are also independent and secure in your role as a nurse.

We who work at Liljefors Torg 4 are a close-knit team, and you will have a very close collaboration with other nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, group leaders, assistant managers, and nursing staff. You see it as a natural part of your work approach to work in a team-based manner and follow guidelines from MAS, clients, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You enjoy working with and for people, you have a very good demeanor and a strong ability to collaborate. We are looking for someone who is communicative, flexible, meticulous, and enjoys working with people. We prefer that you have several years of experience as a nurse and preferably with knowledge or experience in dementia and psychiatry. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for regular nursing tasks, and as part of the role, you will participate in care work for quality assurance and guidance based on HSL. You will be the nursing responsible nurse for 18 residents in the department with dementia diseases.

You should have good knowledge of documentation according to HSL. Knowledge of SoL is an advantage.

The role includes quality, work environment, and environmental management work, and you will be part of the management team for the operations.

REQUIREMENTS Nurse with Swedish license. You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing and have good computer skills.

WORKING HOURS/DURATION Permanent employment. 80%. We apply a 6-month probationary period. Working hours during the day, Monday to Friday, as well as public holidays that fall in the middle of the week.

SALARY According to agreement. Collective agreement exists.

START DATE According to agreement.
