About Solgården:

Solgården's HVB is located in Hargshamn, just a stone's throw from the sea and surrounded by beautiful nature! The facility is a Home for Care and Housing for adults with mental disabilities. There is also comorbidity combined with addiction issues. The facility is licensed for 23 places and is staffed around the clock.

At Solgården, clients receive individualized care and support of safe and secure quality from competent and friendly staff. We work according to a salutogenic approach that focuses on what works and strengthens the individual's belief in their own abilities.

Your role:

At Solgården, you will be part of a wonderful team that works to support, motivate, and create security for adults with mental disabilities. Activities and care are planned according to each individual's needs and wishes. As a new staff member, you will receive a clear introduction and good support to feel secure in your role!

About you:

As a person, you are flexible, secure, and have a good ability to collaborate. You have a strong interest in working with people and are driven by a positive mindset!

It is advantageous if you have a care education and/or experience working with people with similar issues. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

A valid B driver's license is required, and your Swedish language skills should be good in both speech and writing.
