JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

What is the job about?

You will be an important piece in our team Safe Homecoming consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and nursing assistants. As a physiotherapist in the team, you have two exciting assignments:

• Assessment Home Care: We meet clients who feel uncertain about how life at home will function after a period in the hospital or short-term care. Here, you help create safety and conditions for an independent life.
• Intensive Home Rehabilitation (IHR): During an intensive period, we work together with the client to strengthen their abilities as much as possible so that they can manage on their own.

Our clients are located throughout the municipality; we bike and walk to those nearby and have municipal cars for those living further away.

The position also includes working in our Planning Team, where we, together with occupational therapists, nurses, and care managers, ensure that the transition from hospital is as safe and smooth as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist who has preferably worked for a few years. We would like you to have experience in municipal and/or regional work. Your work area is the entire Enköping municipality.
