Our Operations

The radiology department consists of over 40 employees and conducts approximately 44,000 examinations per year in CT, MRI, ultrasound, and conventional radiology. We have scheduled patients during the day and evening, as well as emergency services around the clock with on-call duty at home during the night. The radiology department has been modernized in various stages to secure future needs and requirements. We serve the Enköping area with general radiology and support the Academic Hospital with specialized examinations for the entire Region Uppsala.

Your Assignment

We are now looking for you, a radiography student who has completed semester 4 or 5 and is interested in working with us. We offer a summer position as a nursing assistant where you will complement the team alongside radiographers, nursing assistants, and radiologists. You will have the opportunity to receive delegation for handling peripheral access, perform certain conventional examinations, and collaborate with an experienced radiographer on the CT scanner. We promise you will have an exciting and educational summer with us.

Your Qualifications

• You are a radiography student who has completed semester 4 or 5.
• You should have good collaboration skills and be meticulous. If you are also positive and contribute to a good work environment, we believe you would thrive with us!

We Offer

Summer position from June to August. We prefer that you can work the entire summer from week 22 to week 35, with exceptions for any specific requests. We offer full-time or part-time positions. Weekend and evening shifts/on-call duty will be included in the schedule. Selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and hiring may occur before the application deadline. Start date according to agreement.
