The unit is located in the Social Administration Nordost with assignments from the three school administrations and all six care and welfare administrations.

The unit is responsible for the management, delivery, and support of municipal common services. We also provide operational support to the school administrations, elderly care, disability support, individual and family care, as well as health and medical care. We are a positive team where operational support and customer benefit are in focus.

As a system administrator, you will work with maintenance, improvement, and development focusing on the Meal Service aimed at the three school administrations, the Administration for Functional Support, and the Elderly and Care Administration.

Your responsibilities include capturing the needs of the operations, developing, further developing, and maintaining the service. You collaborate with the operations in the city and the system provider to find the best possible solutions for the city. You are expected to act proactively in development issues and be a competent requirement setter towards system providers. Together with your colleagues, you will train the city's local operational support (LVS), handle cases related to support and user support, work with acceptance tests, and produce manuals and training materials.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree, such as a nutrition economist, or equivalent experience. You need to have experience in meal planning within the public sector and meal planning systems. It is an advantage if you have experience in an overarching role within a meal planning system.

As a person, you are proactive and skilled at working together with others as you understand the common mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the whole.

To achieve good results in the role of system administrator, you also need to be a responsive person who enjoys working closely with customers and suppliers. You are receptive to what others say or express and show respect, consideration, and care in your interactions. You also need to be good at organizing and structuring your work. You can see your work as part of a larger context and understand how it affects and is affected by other parts of the organization and collaborate with others on overarching issues to create value.

The following are prerequisites for being able to carry out the assignment:

• Knowledge of the processes within meal planning
• Experience working in meal planning systems
• Understanding of the needs of meal operations
• Ability to see the whole from service delivery to citizen benefit
• Technically interested
• Experience in training and giving presentations
