Your Role

As a Systems Engineer, you will work as a technical leader within an advanced platform. Your role will be multifaceted and encompass a wide range of responsibilities. You will be responsible for the design and development of new functionality based on contracted requirements as well as architectural design. The role offers opportunities to work with new technology areas, giving you the chance to grow both personally and professionally. You will be part of agile teams working according to the Scrum methodology, collaborating with a mix of different expert competencies.

Your Profile

We are looking for a person who is positive, curious, and driven, with a good ability to collaborate and work in teams. You communicate effectively with various stakeholders at different levels, from system level to module level. You have the ability to explain technical solutions in a way that is tailored to different target groups. Additionally, you have the knowledge to understand and manage complex technical systems, see the whole from a system perspective, and handle new questions and environments.

We value knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

System design
Requirements management and technical documentation (Swedish and English)
Security thinking and information security
Various standards and certifications
Product development
Computers, networks, software, and operating systems

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, there may be requirements for certain citizenships.
